Basics of Agility with in me were conceptualized during my engineering and management academics. These concepts were constantly reinforced as I moved through my professional career from an Engineer to a Change Agent and Leader. My focus has always been on engineering & process excellence; team & partner development; coaching & mentoring; and program & portfolio management.
I have been part of the industry since 1997. My early days were spent in progressively responsible engineering roles - at first building complex software systems and later building and coaching teams. For the last 10+ years I have been proudly working with the industry leader - Oracle . I have moved through a series of engineering and management roles; at present I am the Engineering Director responsible for team development, agile coaching, and program/portfolio management for a set of tools for Advanced Customer Services business.
